Also is your Geometry Dash updated to 2.1?This happens when you have too many created levels, go to the create tab and delete anything you don't need (should be fixed when you have 80 or under levels), also delete your saved levels/custom songs. Basically this happens whenever the file size is too large so it just says backup failed. Backup does not work.
