Mindthief : She's a melee glass canon. With 10 cards, you can afford a loss from time to time, but don't be too aggressive. As a melee glass canon, you need to learn initiative dancing. Act late (after the monsters), move in, hit the enemy. Next round, act early, hit the enemy, move far away to not get hit in return. You can still build toward an obstacle-based Cragheart. For one thing, many/most scenarios already contain single-hex obstacles, which the Cragheart uses to power its abilities. For two, there are higher levels you can sacrifice that don't really help toward the obstacle build much. Levels 6 and 7 can be used to take early obstacle cards. Make sure you create the elements that you will need for your next turn.
