Ive not had the problem, but a quick Google search indicates the fix is replacement of a board including the sensor on the valve body. There are Youtube videos on how to do pull the valve body. New board is about $260 at the local dealer or about half that from on line stores.This has been a problem for the past several months. The ETC light would come on several times a week. The dealer replaced the throttle body and throttle position sensor, the powertrain control module, and the gas pedal assembly and sensor. NONE of these repairs fixed the problem.
