Anyone has experience booking through this website?The hotel failed to meet their obligation to provide a room as advertised. The room did not have a functioning toilet and management failed to fix it after 3 days. I left the hotel early. Traveluro still charged me and blamed the hotel. Traveluro informed me that the charge was nonrefundable and that they are not responsible for accommodation ...Strongly advise that you do NOT use Traveluro. The thing is that they take your money in exchange for rooms that may not actually be available (but you won’t find that out until later!)

I call Traveluro customer service. They say they will call the hotel and figure it out, and to give them an hour. Two hours later we arrive to town and I haven’t heard back. I call the hotel again, nothing has changed. They don’t have any rooms and they don’t have my reservation. I call Traveluro again and they give me a confirmation number.
