Refined Storage is a no quirks attached solution. It just works. AE2 is slightly more advanced but it has way more crafting steps and annoying limitations/quirks. AE2 is infinitely more powerful and lag friendly with much better graphics. (cables and terminals are much neater than the grey blocky textures of RS)
