To make raids worthwhile on an ironman you’ll need 78 herblore (to make the brews and restores inside) and if you have 78 you can also make brews and staminas, although at 85 you can make super cbs which is nice.Doing raids is a colossal waste of time with those states. Before I would even consider raids, you need 77 Prayer and both Rigour and Augury unlocked, and base 85s across all other combat stats. 78 herb is fine for cox.
