If you aren't going to carry and are just going to use it for range or home use, the 30 with it's heavier slide is nicer to shoot. Like.the 30s is all win. if you're planning to carry it I would go w the 30s hands down. FYI the G41 and G21 frames are the same. the difference is in slide thickness.
